Tim Lagasse is an American puppeteer, designer, director, and teacher with over 30 years’ experience. He earned a BFA in Puppet Arts from the University of Connecticut, where he was the first student awarded the Jim Henson Memorial Prize in Puppetry. He created, built, and performed “A Show of Hands,” short puppet films for children’s TV, leading to roles in Oobi (title character on Noggin) and Crash & Bernstein. Lagasse has been nominated for multiple Daytime Emmy Awards, designs puppets for major studios, and mentors upcoming puppeteers.
Mike Larsen is an Emmy-nominated comedian and skilled joke writer with a career spanning stand-up and TV. He’s appeared on The Tonight Show and HBO, and has written for hits like The Drew Carey Show, Ellen, Reba, and Real Time with Bill Maher. Beyond the stage, he crafts speeches for politicians, teaches comedy writing—including at San Quentin—and continues to perform across clubs and workshops.
